Help Understanding Ranked Games and Ranking Up

I'm at level 30 and got Ranked a Silver 3. Can someone tell me how the ranking system works please!

You have the 6 main brackets consisting of, in order from lowest to highest, bronze, silver, gold, plat, diamond, master, and challenger.

Challenger and diamond work a bit differently from the rest, but really all you need to know is that they make up less than 1% of the playerbase.

The remaining 4 brackets are then further divided into 5 segments called divisions. So bronze 5 is the lowest, and diamond 1 is the highest divisions.

Each disioon has up to 200 people, and each of them has lp. Lp is from 0 to 100, once you reach 100 lp, you will then play your promotional series of either 3, if you are moving from one division to the next, or 5 if you are going from a division 1 to 5 of the next bracket.

Also Silver III is pretty good better than I think 50% of the league player base so be proud but also look to improve. There are a lot if mistakes made in ranked. There's nothing you can do to help another player to improve or change there ways in the next match you join so my advice that helped me climb is try your best to only compliment good play and if you are losing instead of blaming the person who is 0-5 think instead what can I do is there anything I can do to help salvage the game and stall for a chance to when
