When playing Rumble what should I do? Is his W his escape or no? What is Rumble's role? Any tips you can spare please do. And what items and runes should I get for Rumble? Who counters Rumble and who can he dominate? For spells I was thinking maybe summoner 4 summoner 12 And for start getting item 1076 item 2003 Should I play offensively or just poke as much as I can or farm? Also can Rumble do anything else besides solo top?

When playing Rumble what should I do?** look on lolking for the best buildpaths. and generally he uses his ultimate to win team fights. he is built like an ap carry not tank** Is his W his escape or no?** it gives him movement speed but its not reliable and not a sure way to escape ganks, u use it for the shield during trading so u can come out on top** What is Rumble's role?** his role is to win team fights with a good ultimate** Any tips you can spare please do. farm and get ur items. group up mid game and try to win a team fight and get objectves And what items and runes should I get for Rumble? as i said go for lolking or pro builds. i know what to build for rumble but its better u look urself. Who counters Rumble and who can he dominate? if u are new to rumble u shouldnt be worried about this. its ur playstyle that will matter. as long as u farm and are good with ur ultimate. then u are fine vs whoever. For spells I was thinking maybe summoner 4 summoner 12 And for start getting item 1076 item 2003 yeah flash and tp is the best. and u dont want to start doran ring. doran ring is for mana users. u want doran shield for health regen as a newbie rumble player so u can stay and farm. (generally pro rumble players start ruby crystal to get that early liandries) Should I play offensively or just poke as much as I can or farm? u should try to poke and farm at the same time, generally poking and missing farm is really bad because enemy can catch up. Also can Rumble do anything else besides solo top? as of right now rumble is only played top generally.

and all it takes is practise and knowledge. u cant expect Y to beat X or vice versa.

I do not play rumble, but what I do know is that you do not need that dorians ring start. The passive that returns mana per minion kill is obsolete, grab a doran's shield instead and pending on your laning opponent, rush an armguard or haunting guise. Armguard is for when you are laning against ad and then haunting guise if you are even in lane, then you must finish this later on into laundry's. Follow up with crystal scepter later on for the HP and Mana.

Note, you will have stacked health on rumble, but you may or may not have the defensive stats. You play him as a mid laner in top lane, you keep your distance but just enough to avoid damage while giving them your own.

tips for rumble: dorans ring is for mana users: buy doran shield 95% of the time. make sure when u overheat u have q active, being the spell that makes u overheat. this makes ur dmg in trades go waaaaay up. dont silence urself in teamfights before getting an ult off. and dont force an ult, during a teamfight the right time will present itself to use it, Ie. when they are all grouped up, synergizes very well with j4/amumu ults. and then burn them. For items: usually rush haunting guise/magic pen boots then liandries and either rylai or zhonya. after that void, then u can get a banshee or tank item. u are not the front line .

You typically start with item 1029 oritem 1054. I would recommend not smartcasting his ultimate until you are familiar with the range. Even then, not smartcasting is lets you better predict where is will be placed. His ultimate is great when enemies aren't in a position to move off of it. As such, it's best used when placing an enemy against a wall or fighting in narrow jungle paths.

Rumble's damage is pretty low until you have a few points into Flamespitter. Your power spikes around level 5, 6, and 7.

Teleport is nice for surviving lane and ignite is better for getting kills. I believe Ignite is better, but it may be a matter of preference.

A normal build may look something like: item 3020 item 3151 item 3116 item 3157 item 3001 item 3135 You would typically get Haunting Guise or Seeker's Armguard first, depending on your lane opponent. Rumble has really high base damage on his Q and R, so you want early magic pen for damage.

Additionally, you need to know that Rumble requires an incredible amount of attention to detail that a lot of players do not have. A lot of practice and discipline goes into rumble that doesn't go into a lot of other champions. He IS NOT a "lol guys imma randomly pick up dis champ cuz he's OPPPPP" kind of champion.

You should check out a pro player playing rumble. It will give you much insight.

I personally like impact; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZMNcMRTz-4

Also, don't buy his Super Galaxy Rumble skin. It's the most annoying thing on League thus far. Spare us all the pain.

Rumble has "deceptive" damage. I call it that because there are some champions that just may not look as threatening as they are. When Rumble Ults and you're suddenly melting is an example.

I tried to learn rumble, but I honestly ended up not liking his play style. I found it rather difficult to aim the flamethrower and last hit. So be mindful of his auto attacks and flamethrower damage.
