I thought i was a good player, i really did , but i tryed ranked and i feel like im missing something. Maybe its because i main support and im just not a carry role. I just want to learn something that will help me become a better carry player.... I have seen people get 15-20 kills in a game and i wish that was me lol ( i can get 25-30 assist but thats not the same ) . All im asking if i wanted to start playing the carry role wich lane should i start with ? I really dont like to ADC . But if someone says thats the best place to start then ill try it. Thank you .

Sorry for caps. I see a lot of people who continue to think that they should only play champions who can get a lot of kills if they want to win. In reality, being able to outplay opponents and secure kills is only one of several ways to work towards victory. If you're a skilled support, it would be a mistake to abandon that role for a carry role just because you don't think supporting is as valuable as carrying.

Feel free to branch out into other roles besides support, but don't do it out of a misunderstanding that the whole game revolves around how good the carries are.

By the way, I glanced at your match history and it looks like you're going way overboard on CDR. It caps at 40%. You probably want to avoid upgrading to CDR boots if you are going to be purchasing any other heavy CDR items like Grail or Frozen Heart.

technically every role can carry, in top lane you can carry by roaming or hardcore splitpushing, jungle by heavy ganking your lanes, mid just by doing what mid does, support by supporting your team and setting up great plays, adc by farming early and killing as many enemies as you can in teamfights. so thats all i have to say sorry if the adc one isnt great i honestly suck at adc so im not entirely sure

I realize kills dont win games , But i also realize that if the carries feed, the support cant do much after that

I honestly think if you take the time to learn Draven you can easily get high kills every game especially if you duo with a Leona that combo literally makes botlane a kill lane and snowballs really fast in most matches ups.

I'd rather be farmed than fed, you can have the same amount of money, but its not a stomp. Idk why people think its fun to just ruin someone else's experience with the game, i'd rather we both be farmed and have our items and win by outplaying.

Anyway, those really high kill games happen less and less as you go up in elo. Its very rare for people to leave lane like 7-0 in high elo, that is a low elo thing. Of course it happens in high elo, but much less often.

Best place to carry a game from is mid lane. You have the ability to control (with the aid of ur jungle) all 4 buffs, dragon, baron and ganks on other lanes. You of course then have power over the other mid laner and the other jungle. Adc is much easier as a role tho, less responsibilities.
