Hey! So, I played Kass before he got reworked, and I was alright with him. But now, I just can't seem to do very well when I use him. He was squishy before, but now it's even harder to stay alive! I can't kill anyone before they get me, either.

From what I know, you basically harass with Q all day and build a 
to make him less squishy. Then after laning phase, hope you have a decent enough lead to play him like he use to play but 50-0ing people instead of 100-0ing them. But then again I haven't played him since season 2 either and rarely ever see him played so...
build 
poke and play somewhat passive then try to look to gank you need a 10 kill lead to do anything as kass now since riot gut him
