Honestly, at this point Fizz is probably the best. His mobility, his momentary invulnerability, and his damage output have him at the top of the list. Ekko has his merits, as well, but he's a whole different beast right now. I feel like Fizz is a little easier to perform on with less practice time.

Depends. Akali has some of the longest burst (sustained damage) for an assassin in the entire game. Diana and Talon have some of the fastest single target burst in the game. Fizz has really dumb mobility/utility. Yasuo rarely has counterplay in lower elos. The rest mostly are based completely on skill, but are very rewarding because of it.
