Volibear top Help needed

I am a lvl 20 player who likes to play a tanky solo top but the Runes i need for him are just making me dizzy cause i dont know what is the best for him. I know i need armor and magic resist, but for the offensive ones what is better?

• attack speed
• attack damage
• hybrid penetration

same question goes for the quintesses, what should i pick here.
