How to beat Fizz with VIktor?
everytime i lane against a fizz i die when he goes in how do i defeat him and not let him go in? Thx for helping me guys :D

Laser him, autoattack him while making sure you beat him in last hits. If jumps onto you, W behind yourself and kite back into it while basic attacking/using spells on him. Save your ult for when he uses his E.
At level 6, don't be afraid to flash his ult. Not dying at his level 6 power spike is the best way to get ahead of him, since you're stronger than him after that if he doesn't get ahead.
Rush the E upgrade and shove him to tower once you can one shot the ranged minions. He'll be too focused on last hitting to kill you, giving you time to roam bot/top for kills. Just make sure you roam quickly, and be careful on the way back, 1v1ing Fizz in the river/jungle is deadly. Your ganks are stronger than his though, especially bot lane.

try to get him low with laser and if he dodges that use the slow and the stun, try to shield any harass you can so you don't get instacombo'd to death
build an early Abyssal Scepter and laugh to the bank with sushi
As someone who plays Viktor a lot, I take a point in E at level 1 and my W at level 2. If he tries to E on you, W on top of yourself so if he gets near, he is almost guaranteed to be trapped. Here is my combo: I harass with the E, once he gets close. I W on top of myself and if he's trapped. Ult him and E again and chances are, he's gonna either die or burn a Flash. And if needed, just Q the hell out of him
