You, my fellow league player, are the type of person who might just be "special", because the decline feature, if used properly, is a tool to allow change of hearts when you feel as if you will do bad. Removing this would allow people who are tilted to end up on YOUR team. You wouldn't like this would you? Also without this feature the number of AFKS would skyrocket. A 1 minute que isn't long. Stop complaining princess.

Would you rather people just not respond at all? or worse, someone who ran to the bathroom thinking it'd take 2 minutes don't get back until they've failed to ban champions or worse still dodge the match?
or, maybe, what we should do, is if someone suddenly has to go, they're forced to be in-game and well oh well they're not at their computer so I guess your team is 4v5.
it's not like if someone declines, another person isn't usually found after a mere 10 seconds.
