Fighters that Can Carry?

I've recently got back into League after a 2 month hiatus through the snowdown event, but that really isn't the issue at hand. During that time, i played a fair bit of DOTA 2 (shoot me) and found i liked Centaur Warrunner. I casme back to League and found that new Sion fits this role quite well. Fine. I play some ranked, do well in some games, but realize something. I have no carry champs. I main Zac, Sion, and Shen, but none of these champs can consistently carry (especially in the hell that is Solo Queue).

So, my main point is that I want a champ that can carry but still plays like a fighter. I've considered J4 and Rumble, but the former can carry about as hard as Sion and the latter takes a ton of practice and I don't want to waste my IP for a champ I do not like. I usually like to go in face first and engage, but it's so hard to find a champ that can do that and still carry without dying every fight, If I should just stick with Sion tell me, but I would like some outside advice. Thank you all who help and have a great day!

I main top and jungle

Champs considered: JarvanIV Jax RekSai Rumble Ryze Shyvana Renekton Gnar Swain Irelia

There are a ton of fighters that can carry pretty hard. For example:

Pantheon (With a couple tank items) JarvanIV (with only 2 damage items deals great damage and is tanky as heck) Garen (just about unkillable and uncatchable once fully built) Irelia (a broken top laner right now) Shyvana (wrecks AD-heavy teams, super tanky, but vulnerable to kiting) Jax is weak early, but once he gets 2 core items he's a monster (think Faceless Void from Dota 2) MonkeyKing , Udyr , and Hecarim can also carry pretty hard. I think the champs you're looking for are "Dive head-first into the teamfight and wreck faces", and in that case i'd recommend Jarvan 4, Garen, Irelia, Shyvana, or Hecarim; just try them out and see which ones you like :)

assassin J4 is hard carry. Can usually blow up the ADC then DPS down the support before going down.

A fed MonkeyKing can 1 hit the enemy mid + adc and his cd's aren't ridiculous so if you get fed initially at top lane, you can easily carry.

Hecarim is a good choice in jungle to top lane since he can bully a lot of melee top laners, is great at teamfights (initiation, peel, high AoE damage, durability), scales well with items, and can easily escape bad situations (E, ult), can easily farm, and has strong roams/ganks.

Gnar is another good choice. I wouldn't generally recommend building much damage on him though; a Brutalizer or a Pickaxe is typically enough damage for him to fight other champions. Personally, I love getting item 3022 on Gnar for the durability and sticking potential, since you can pretty much infinitely kite or chase many champions and it helps peel.
