Would like some help getting better...

I've been playing league for a few weeks now and I still suck.. I can do well on Intro level but once I'm on beginner I do awful :( I play as Pantheon. So as you can see I've played enough to get IP to purchase Pantheon lol. I would love some tips on what to buy for Panth or specific things to do to get better... Or better yet if anyone is willing to actually play with me and help me get better. I've had a few friends try and "coach" me but they end up just wanting to take me in PvP and well.. It doesn't go too well. I love this game just wish I could play on normal difficulties!
