How do you stop a yi, trynd, kat, and all the updated juggernauts? (5.18)
If anyone has any advice for stopping those OP champs (Besides Counter Picking), then please tell me because there are way to many of those champions in LOW ELO.

These are all champs I use shen against. But then again I use shen for everything. All are weak to ranged harass and sustain. Slows dont really work on any of them either.
On the other hand all of them rely on positioning to be successful. So they can be burst if caught out quite easily.
The first 3? CC. Hit Yi with CC after(Or before, if it has no travel time like a Ryze snare) he uses Q, hit Trynd with CC during his ult, and hit Kat with CC the second you can, but preferably during her ult.
All three of them blow up in the 1.5-3 seconds worth of "stuck" that most decent CC spells can provide, as long as your team focuses them. I quite often kill Trynd using burst champs while his ult is up, by bursting him before he realizes I'm there and doesn't have time to use it. Squishy champs are squishy, burst them.
Not a ton of help, but basic tip there.
Also, Lissandra can be played in top/mid safely, and can beat all 3 of them(Has an escape if they jump on you, has her ult if they ult, etc).
With Kat specifically, play someone with instant hard CC(Or an interrupt/Displacement like Diana's E) who can survive her jumping on them a time or two early. Like Xerath seems like he'd do well since he can just poke her, but the first time she jumps on him he's a squishy pile of blue. Whereas someone like Lissandra, or Diana, can escape(Or shield[Diana]) when she jumps, as well as dish out some damage to her on your way out/with your shield. Plus they both have an instant CC move(E for Diana, R for Lissandra) to stop her ultimate.
It's really just about watching for that one mistake, that one time Yi used Q before he knew you were there, or whatever. Followed by swift punishment for said mistake.
Correction, most of them are not anywhere near the OP line.
Teamwork, gang-ups and CCs are pretty much the only things you need to combat most of them.
Trynd can be aggravating to deal with once he reaches 6 though, however if you can manage to land the ignite on him just before his ulti runs out, you have quite a good chance at killing him afterwards. If you have to be sure, land an AA too after ulti is gone, that should do.
Many already said thing like cc and so on, but i add another thing: care of when you fight them.
Master yi, for example, is one of the best duelist of the game and really few can stand against him auto-attacking: it' s after all his main perk. However he can be outplayed with CCs and range, wuth burst or by grouping and making him easy to nuke down. Same goes for tryndamere: he might look menacing, but when he does not manage to splitpush or to duel anyone then he is almost powerless.
Juggernauts somehow are the opposite: thet can still fare well in teamfights but are hard to move otherwise ( except skarner ), but have a great dueling power too: many light fighters like Yi and Trynda and the juggernauts can compete each other for the best dueling in the game, together with other people like Olaf. While light fighters are really hard to kite but are weak to burst and cc, Juggernauts are less weak to cc but weaker to kite, since they do not have many movement spells ( in the matter Darius has the best, with his hook and the axe that he can use to peel, probably followed by skarner ): if you get in range with them try when possible to disengage! maybe land some burst before going away, to your better judgement, but they have the upper hand when close ( since, again, that is their main point of power ).
Katarina is an odd ball: she is very very weak to CC, mostly during her ult, and she is able to go well only if you do mistakes and show an opening. Your backline has no defenders? that is a good place where a katarina will dive. In a duel scenario is somehow a gear check ( meaning: who is the most fed or who has more power at the moment ) but if you do some uncautious move she can punish you really hard.
CC
nobody has said this yet... in the case of Kat, a simple silence (no matter the duration) will end the channelling on her ult (or any channeling ability, for that matter). personally I play a lot of Viktor. His ult has either a 0.25 or a 0.5 (i forget) second silence on cast. not on each tick of damage, just on the initial casting burst. I shut her ult down every time my ult's available, as soon as she starts it :) she's usually dead before she can escape after that.
CC and Burst damage lol tryndamere darius morde fiora are just toxic
Katarina and other no CC hyper damage: Hard CC + deletion
Juggernauts: Disengage (Skarner/Morde), Distancing (Garen/Darius)
