there is no such thing if you want to get good start through aram learn to vs multiple comps and how to adjust your builds to those comps.
.... you are bronze 4. Telling a diamond that there isn't such a thing.. There is and aram doesn't teach you how to climb at all; if anything it only teaches you mechanics nothing useful for ranked. You can get to diamond without having mechanics as long as you understand wave manipulation and how to control objectives. I have coached several people from bronze to gold in a months time. aram is to have fun and learn champs but it does not teach you how to play vs comps, it doesn't teach you how to climb. Builds in aram are also different than what you would build on rift due to faster scaling...
