Not that im any good at it...but CS, i looked at some of your history and you are far better at it than me, but there is a reason lcs pros are so aggressive at getting their cs, and the announcers talk about it non stop. They consider a lane losing if someone is up 20 cs..in bronze no one thinks that way, but you should. I suck at it..i know it..im working on it. Other than that, spend money on wards...they worth more than they cost. ADC's should ward just as often as the support. If nothing else upgrade your trinket to a stealth dropper and spam those bad boys.
Never be pushed up to their turret unless you vision on the enemy jungler, if you want a gank let the wave push toward your turret otherwise most junglers with any sense wont come to the lane. Practice the crap out of map awareness...its just as op as vision control. Every 15-45 seconds you should be asking yourself "where is the enemy team" and take inventory. Dont rely on mia pings, and dont even bother blaming your mid laner when you get ganked for not calling mia..you have a mini map, you didnt look, its your fault. Take responsibility for everything that happens and work to remove those mistakes.
You dont have to get X amount better, you need to get X amount less bad. Youve had great games so we know your A game can get you out of bronze, its your C game that is keeping you there. Practice until your C game is as "bad" as your A game is now...your A game will move on its own, focus on mistakes, misplays, bad positioning, farm, and not dying...usually who wins is decided on who makes that first mistake, so dont make any ;)
