Fiora and Blade Weaving

Not sure if this should go here or in Gameplay and Balance, but what abilities proc Blade Weaving on Fiora? Is it only her Lunge and Riposte? Will E-empowered autoattacks or hitting ult vitals proc it? For that matter, will the buff from Spell Weaving apply to E-empowered autos or ult vitals, or only Lunge and Riposte? Thank you!
