Freezing Smite, BotRK, and Exhaust

Don't do it on Sejuani. At least don't ruin my main with BoTRK.

Exhaust/chilling smite sure, but she has like less than zero use for BotRK.

Get Twin Shadows if you didn't want a Mallet/Rylai's because you were using BotRK in the first place.
