How I got plat in 3's in under 18 games
Most likely you wont get platinum within 18 games on 3's but I can give you tips to be able to climb 3's a lot easier. This is for people struggling at lower elo, most people will understand what i am about to state.

Have champion synergy: I cannot stress the importance of this, synergy between the 3 champions that you are playing is crucial. Here is an example, a team that has the champions such as, vi, orianna and wukong would be a pretty scary team to go against. because they synergize extremely well together.

If you have a lead, take advantage of it: If you have a lead over your opponents you need to make it known you are stronger than them, invade their jungle take their camps and altar, set them even farther behind and set yourself up for success. Don't give them a chance.

If you they have a weak early game jungler, abuse him/her: If they picked a weak early jungler such as Nautilus, Warwick, Yi. These champions are strong but not early, they need to time to scale up, don't give them this chance. When it's safe go as team and invade the enemy jungler and set him far behind by either killing him and taking his camps or forcing his back and taking his camps.

Pick early game champions: Champions that have a strong early and game are very viable picks on twisted treeline if they can stay strong throughout the entirety of the game. champions like orianna, syndra, darius, vi, xin zhao and yasuo, are all champions that have the ability to do well early and transition in to mid/late game and still be a monster.

Dont be cocky when ahead: you need to treat the enemy team with respect, that means that if you're 8/0, don't go 2v3ing them and dying, that will just give them more a chance to get back into the game if you repeatedly make mistakes that you wouldn't normally make just because you are being cocky and disrespecting the enemy team.
