Some advice needed

Less than a month ago I was in series for diamond several times. I'm not sure how it happened but i am now at plat 5 0lp. I'm really really frustrated. I was hoping to get diamond this season, but it doesn't seem like it's reachable at this point. I try my best not to flame and stay positive, constantly roam to other lanes and everything. I win my lane a majority of the time since i'm in such a low elo now so being unskilled isn't the issue I don't think. I know it's not because i'm not unlucky, but i'm not sure what the issue is anymore. I really love league but I'm at a loss at this point. Do you guys have any suggestions? I know it's a game but I'm kinda an introvert and it's helped me get through a lot of stuff. I really want diamond this season, Any responses would be really appreciated

just learn more play easy champs and dont think diamonds are all high and mighty just play normal safe and let kills come to you and you will see how bad they are lol. I got there in a week from being stuck in gold 2 by playing kayle, annie, master yi, vi, easy stuff that can carry. Getting through plat was the easiest for me personally just keep at it

If you find yourself on such a losing streak to go from Diamond promos to Plat 5 0 LP, taking some time off and changing what you're playing is a huge tip. The more you drop in divisions, the worse you feel about how you're going to do. The worse you feel about how you are going to do, the more stress you feel to perform. The more stress you feel to perform, the worse you're going to do. It's an endless cycle that only changes when you can come back to the game with a clear head. Just playing a couple of mindless ARAM games in a day without playing a single Ranked match can switch up your mentality. You have to be able to get those expectations out of your head that you need to crush lane for a little bit and just enjoy the game. It is a game, after all.

Good luck on your climb.
