looking for a mentor

So I'm kindof a noob. I started the game a little over a year ago (right before yasuo was announced) I did my season 4 provisionals and landed in silver 3 and just couldn't fit into that elo very well. Season 5 I got put into bronze 3 and I feel like I fit in a little better (5 times I've hit my promos)

But I feel like I don't understand alot of the fundamentals and key points of the game, such as when to take objectives, knowing how to coordinate with teammates, etc. The core concepts that win games and help me get better at the game rather than being stuck in one spot struggling to grow.

I was hoping someone (rank doesn't matter, but gold+ preferred) could take me under their wing and help teach me how to really succeed and grow at this game instead of being one of those whining children stuck in "elo hell" and not really understanding how to climb the ladder.
