Viktor or Mordekaiser?
I can't decide.
I prefer bot, but will go mid as well. I like to deal lots of damage. I don't care about speed.

Vik, hes pretty good since his rework, and they are about to gut mord, so its not worth learning him.
Both are capable of some huge damage, I'd say Mord is inherently tankier though. With some smart stun placement though, Viktor can easily nuke most people. The laser pokes are glorious.
Avoid Morde for the moment at the moment. He is going through some hefty abilities changes at the moment that will either lead to him being completely gutted or fluctuating wildly in power for the next few months.
I'd say Viktor. Morde is not a good position right now and Vik offers far more diversity and utility
