First, get rid of the "carry" mentality. You can either blame your teams for feeding, or claim to be capable of carrying, not both. Focus on being a team player. And "carrying" is more than just killing the enemy. Unless you actively participated in taking several towers and other objectives, a high KDA is not "carrying." A better role to do that is playing the adc and taking objectives, but your job is mainly to 1.) win lane and 2.) set the enemy carries behind and destroy them in teamfights, specifically the adc (who will become a late-game monster).
If your team has no idea what they're doing, give them advice. If you want to roam to bot lane if they're struggling, tell them to farm under turret and force the enemy to overextend, then gank with the jungler.
My Gold friend tells me that I need to win other peoples lanes for them but when I do then another lane starts to feed and then its just me doing good on the team,
First, this is not true. Help people win their lanes, but don't do it for them. If you roam to bot lane and take a kill, don't waveclear and take all the cs. Let the adc, who needs gold too, do that. THe adc needs gold more than the apc, especially for the late game. Buy wards and place them while you're roaming, specifically so you don't get collapsed on and to give vision to your struggling teammates. Another reason you don't outright win lanes for other people is... well, have you seen how the worst adc mains are when their support goes on roam? Not all adc players do so, but you kind of get where I'm getting at? You are the "mom" of the game, but you can't babysit them. You need to strike a balance of helping out, and ensuring that they can do things on their own too. A bit confusing, but bear with me. Your lanes need gold, so you can help them out but make sure they get fed too.
I'm not trying to sound like that one bronzie who says "I'm so Pro i cant carry my team because they are garbage"
You're asking for help right now, so that's fine, but never ever ever ever say something about "can't carry this team" in-game. If you get salty and blame your teammates during the game, you are directly responsible for the coming loss just as much as the rest of your team. There is no deflection of responsibility, so I'm just warning you to never do it. Be a good player, a team player.
