So I am terrible at League

This is like my first post in the forums. I joined league like 3 years ago, and I used to play it very often. I quit for a year and then I came back to eat. The thing is, I am like terrible at the game. No matter what, I can't seem to get better at it. My runes are a mess, and most of the time I have a negative kill death ratio. I really would like to improve, but I have no idea how. If anyone could please help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much in advanced.

Every time you take a break from league, you'll always come back worse, it's normal.

You should just play a lot, spam your favorite champ as much as possible and start building up a few respectable rune pages.

look up http://www.probuilds.net/ and watch streams. next thing is practice a lot. I'm often busy, otherwise I would offer more help.
