Jungle for not good at it

I've recently been climbing out of bronze (was bronze 4 now I'm bronze 1) and have learned to main a champion in every role except jungle. For whatever reason I just can't seem to get the hang of it. It feels like if I get forced to be jungle it's pretty much an automatic loss. So my question is what junglers are good for those who are decent at the game, just not the jungle position and what are some extra tips and tricks for the jungle in general?

My two cents: Go on over to Solomid.net, find a champion you like, and look for a guide by Pants Are Dragon. He's a solid jungler with great advice on how to handle basically any situation. He updates pretty frequently, too. If you don't know what jungler to start with, I advise Xin Zhao or J4.

Fiddles is fun for Jungle, especially in bronze where people do not ward at all. Once you learn Fiddles, you can then open up a lot of counter opportunities to top and mid lane, and even support. Fiddles is a really strong counter to a lot of the current strong picks, like Akali, Kat, Fizz, Morg, Fiora, etc.

The only reason I would suggest not learning him is that Riot keeps nerfing him due to the fact that people do not want to take simple steps to counter him, so they bitch that he is OP.

I'm a jg main and I'm here to help! First and foremost, the new patch has completely changed the way jg is played, mostly for the worse. Because of new smite and the new devourer, junglers have a much stronger mid-late game, but early game is HELL. First and foremost, building armor on your runes will help tremendously, because that is really the only way to overcome the huge damage spike in monster camps. Potions are a must regardless of who you play. Many of the squishier junglers who were awesome season 4 (nocturne, evelynn etc.) are completely unviable now, so if you are new to jg limit yourself to tanky junglers (chogath, malphite, skarner etc.) or champs with HP sustain (master yi, warwick, udyr, nasus etc.). And ignore your teammates if they bitch about you not ganking, the new jg makes it really hard to gank since you are always low on health, so only gank if you have a good amount of health. Also, jungle xp has been reduced so straight farming will no longer get you ahead of your enemies in level. What i like to do is offer to cover a lane while my teammate goes to buy items and heal, that way the lane is still pushed while i get xp and minion cs.
