Winning a game with lower score?

I don't understand how we won the game. (56 vs 77) We got 2 barons and 3 dragons, the enemy team got 3 dragons. So was it because of the barons?

it was because you blew up their nexus

You destroyed their nexus while yours was still alive.

If the game goes long enough, kill/gold leads become irrelevant. You can only get so fed, and if you don't close the game out eventually the enemy team will catch up and also hit full build. At that point, one bad fight can lose the game for either team.

It certainly doesn't hurt. The extra pushing power can make it difficult to fight back effectively.

You won because you destroyed their nexus. Simple concept once you figure it out.

Because taking towers, dragon, and baron are more important than kills.
