Looking for a coach/mentor

Hi my name is Lissarc, I am Bronze 3 and have played League since December 2014. I understand the basic's of league but I would like to improve and learn how to be a better overall player. I main jg and mid, I am not the best at LoL (trust me my match history is horrible atm) Thats why I am asking if anybody is reading this if they could help me improve and get better, I will take any help I get and listen to any tips anyone has to give me.
