Hello iam new to league and i wanted to buy one of these champs.
Cold you help me decide?
I know that Lee Sin is nerfed to ground,but still viable jungler,Renekton is good solo top and Talon is mid lane assasin.
My prefered lanes are top,jungle.

I'm no expert but I have used all of these champions. Honestly, how the jungle works now, Lee Sin is a great jungler to get a feel for the new jungle camps. Great utility with his kit and has spectacular ganks if in the right hands. Renekton is a great lane bully that has one of those mechanics you have to get used to. Using Renekton's fury wisely is what separates good players from the bad. These two champs are VERY good early game champions. They dominate their lanes and have good roams. The downside to them is that they have shit late game. Renekton's kit becomes useless later in the game unless pretty fed and even then it is pretty tough. Lee Sin pretty much is useful for his engages and not much else.
Now Talon on the other hand is pretty tough to use early game. With relatively high mana costs and being melee, you have to play oyur lane pretty cautious. Yet, he can snowball easily and has magnificent roams. With him it is all about surviving the early game to become a true assassin mid and late game.
If you like tanky champions with decent DPS, go for Renekton. For bruiser types that can be really influential for most of the game, go for Lee Sin. And if you enjoy the 100-0 bursty assassins, go for Talon.
It all depends on your playstyle. Hope this helped.

I recommend Renekton for you because I have played a multitude of games with him and I can say for sure that he is one of the best lane bullies in League of Legends. His E: Slice and W: Stun combo with a Q followup is one of the best harasses in the game. But if harassing constantly isn't your thing or the moment doesn't require it you can constantly keep your health bar full with rage empowered Q:Cull the Meek. Renekton is my favorite top-laner right next to Fiora. I can assure you that Renekton will be a great addition to your champion roster if you take the time to learn his mechanics and use your Fury effectively.
Lee Sin is actually an incredibly strong jungler even after his nerfs, much of which was just to his ult. However, he can be kind of janky for some people to use because of how you combo his skills together. Might not be a good choice for someone who's new. Get a few damage items and then build up some tankiness and you'll be fine.
Renekton is an easy top so long as you don't give the enemy free harass. He can build tanky and still do a lot of damage to enemies. Learn how to manage his fury and harass with your abilities and you'll be fine. Consider building a Tiamat/Ravenous Hydra during the early or mid game for some extra damage, and after that go full tank. However, Renekton DOES fall off towards the late game so be sure that if you play him, you do it with team mates with a stronger lategame, and stick with your team when you get there.
Talon is fun. He recently got a bit nerfed when his silence was removed, but is still very viable. In his current state you can't just silence enemy midlaners and get some free damage on them, so the new Talon definitely encourages players to be more aware of their positioning and when it's safe to go in. Build as much damage and lifesteal as you can on him, and you can take midlane and roam for kills.
You've essentially just asked for a choice between three different areas of the map, so it's hard to make a solid comparison of the champions you're presenting. Considering that you say top or jungle, I'd suggest using either Renekton or Lee Sin. Renekton is a really good top but falls off, and Lee Sin can do well either top or in the jungle.
Talon. He is literally an unstoppable force once he gets one kill.
