Champions that are hard to master but op when mastered

Hi I'm fairly new to Lol. I'm wondering if there are any champions that are tough to master but are very worth it to master because they can be extremely good. So far I have just been buying different types of champions and seeing what works for me. I have Yi, Alistar, and Warwick and I'm not super pleased with any of them. So, any suggestions?

Most of the champions at lower price points are less complex, due to being created at a time when League was much simpler. Newer champions are much more likely to have high skillcaps. Try Azir, perhaps; he is arguably one of the most difficult champions to play well.

Have you tried Master Yi mid? Completely different play style.

Azir and Gnar are difficult champions all around, methinks.

Azir zoning, full team in sec into your tower Draven HUGE damage if you can win the axe-catching mini-game Cassiopeia highest possible Sustained DPS in the entire game Jayce lots of ways to play him, pretty complex kit due to having 7 abilities. I can go on with more if you like, just let me know more of what you are looking for.

Well the list of champions that are op when mastered is as follows: All of them.

I'd like to add some: Syndra : cool combos with W and E Viktor : positioning and build can make you GOD Poppy : a bit hard to master, but very rewarding (OP passive) Karma : (R &) Q can dominate, while (R &) W save your ass

Hard champions by hard difficulty ranking in LoL: Cassiopeia : 10 Anivia : 10 Evelynn : 10 Rumble : 10 Yasuo : 10 (crazy mechanics)

Everything else is a 9 or lower.

Orianna is one of the hardest to master and she also has the biggest rewards. Plus she is really fun to play and has great synergy with many other champs.

LeeSin because Insec Zed shadow manipulation Orianna just mechanically the ball Azir probably the hardest mechanical champion but soo strong if you can play Kalista pretty much untouchable if you master this

I think Rengar can be hilariously strong if you master him. That being said, he's better when the meta isn't tanks.

Leblanc is also super when mastered because of her unreal mobility and burst damage.

Vayne She has many disadvantage in lane matchups but I'd say nothing is scarier than a good/fed Vayne.

People might think its stupid but Fiddlesticks is unstoppable when mastered in the jungle, he has a lot of nuances that a lot of players don't use when playing him.

if you are new at league get good at the basics first. You aren't good at Yi yet, not by far. If you were, you'd be getting pentakills in Korean diamond 1. But you aren't. So you aren't good. Get good at Yi before talking mechanics.
