Practice your fingers on your gf, also fry/heat a pot of ironsand and roll your face in it for a few hours every day.
After some time, you shall be the one and only Yasuo god.
The only way to practice Yasuo is to practice Yasuo. The more you play him, the more you'll be familiar with the exact range on his Q or the timing of his dash. There are things to keep in mind while practicing, though. 1) An easy way to safely harass is stack up your Q on minions, then use Q3 (the tornado) to poke your enemy from a distance. Once you get good at that, 2) get used to throwing out Q3 and walking towards your target. If you knock them up, you can easily get a hit or two in before backing off. If you're quick and E back to a creep, you can usually get a hit in and back off without even taking damage back. However, pay attention to your opponent when you're doing this (i.e., do not do this to Darius unless his pull is on cooldown)
Get used to the exact distance of his E. Practice just dashing around a minion wave. He goes the same distance, no matter how close you are to the target - which is why, if you're not careful in the jungle, you can accidentally dash yourself out of the camp you're fighting and it might reset. So practice just dashing around in a creep wave to get used to how far he physically moves. Then, you can do things like 4) harass by dashing to a minion near your opponent and using his AoE-Q to hit them too. Then either smack them again or immediately E back to another minion.
When trading directly, remember to Auto Attack first, and then immediately Q, to stack two hits close together and increase your overall damage output.
Be a noob while you play so people have a reason to give you tips
also, practice your general way of approaching problems and your mentality. also, "i forgot to do something" means you should practice to remember it. its very simple logic really.
