Read this too fast and thought you said "Mid AP Ez is Real".

And I thought to myself, what a slowpoke. Now I feel silly.

He'll still be a thing. You just wont see team picking him when they shouldn't in the LCS.

I'd say it's less viable now than in past years (because of the removal of DFG and Ezreals lack of CC) but is still very strong late game. His overall mobility with E and CDR with his Q pokes turn him into a very viable end game glass cannon.
