I was wondering what champions have good attack power AND ability power, that you build both ways when you play. You build the champion ability power and attack power. Multiple champion suggestions would be nice. Thanks!

PS: On the website it says im level 6, yet in-game im level 13.

It almost never makes sense to actually do that; it makes itemization a mess. In general, it's acceptable to build one or two AD items if you play Teemo or Kayle, because of their reliance on auto attacks. item 3146 is considered core on Akali. People may also build an AD item onNidalee - it's not very common, but it'll go well with the mandatory Lich Bane.

Also any time you go an AP marksman, ie Trist, you should build at least one AD item.

jax can be built either the ad or ap route but usually just triforce(gives a little ad and ap) and blade of the ruined king is all the damage items u need.

AP and AD is rarely an effective combination.

The champs most likely to make this work:

Teemo An AP centric build with Blade of the Ruined King item 3153 can probably work pretty well as a mixed auto attacker.

Nidalee A harder to use skirmish/burst caster assassin. She has mixed scalings. Is better with a full AP or AP focused build. Triforce item 3078 is probably her best AD item.

Jax Has hybrid scalings. Typically built as an AD bruiser/tank. If you're really fed hybrid can work. To be honest a hybrid build is too expensive to get early or leaves him too squishy late game. Still a good mention because even if you build Jax his standard build (Triforce/Blade of the Ruined King into tank items) he'll still do good mixed damage. He is supposed to be a hyper carry fighter type (weaker early game)

You can play a lot of champs hybrid but those are probably the most viable ones.

Poppy, Ezreal, Tristana are good champions for building either AP or AD.

Below people pretty much covered all the viable people. Word of advice: don't build hybrid. Fun to screw around with, but realistically, not gonna work. AP is typically burst-heavy damage and AD is typically sustained damage (obviously some counter-examples). If you build some ad and some ap, you lack the sustained damage of full ad, and the burst of full ap. What you get is a floppy noodle that can't finish the job of bursting, and gets outclassed by anyone else with sustained damage. Cheers!
