Question about botrk/hurricane

Does botrk stack with hurricane? Like does its passive stack on 3 targets? Cause i main kalista and a lot of people build botrk on her. The hurricane is good cause it stacks her E but unless botrk stacks with hurricane i honestly prefer BT over it

hurricane applies on hit so yes
