Starts small as gets bigger and bigger once it gets going. Just imagine throwing a snowball down a hill and watching it grow as it goes.

snowball is when you get really fed and carry your bad team mates

Its when you get an early game to mid game lead that causes you to do exceptionally well. Things like First Blood, early game kills and free farming are a few ways to start getting a lead on your enemy. By the "snowball effect" this lead turns bigger since your enemies are at a disadvantage and you are able to dominate the game :)

They say Wukong snowballs really hard because giving him an early game lead makes it really hard for the opposing team. He can do ridiculously high dmg, has great cc and is extremely mobile.

Snowballing is very simple. When you roll a snowball down a hill it gets bigger as it rolls and harder to stop eventually getting so big that you can't stop it. Only a few champs can accomplish this full though, one for example is Riven. She is extremely hard to stop once she gets one kill. Another is Talon, one kill and he gets uncontrollably strong. Wukong is very snowbally becuase of how tanky and disruptive he is in team fights.

Its when you're in the lead. Keep snowballing. ;) And if you're against someone that's snowballing don't try to 1v1 them. You'll just feed the monster lol

You may notice Rivens are more aggressive than others because she can easily snowball off early kills. Don't let her have them. She's hard to catch up to when she gets going.
