Viktor Vs. Fizz
I think I'm a pretty decent Viktor 
, but how are you supposed to lane against Fizz 
? Is there any way to win this matchup? (Same skill level )

No. Unless you bully him ridiculously hard 1-3. but he'll hit 6/get a sheen eventually.
dont use Q to poke, only E
Yeah, I have no problem with it. So here's the deal.
Your power transfer is your reliable harass. Your beam is your "I know I can hit him" harass. Basically Viktor is gonna be the mean motherfucker in teamfights, you just need to live through lane first.
Step one: never under any circumstances clear and shove unless you're positive the jungler isn't nearby. Use power transfer and abuse power transfer here. Slap a bitch every time he wants minions.
Step two: understand the fish. His Q will take him through, then past you. He closer you start to him, in general the less dangerous he is. The best way to weaken his engage, therefore, is to move towards him, so he can't Q and immediately auto.
His E has two movement commands. When he has his E, he is super dangerous. When he has just his Q, you may freely slap him around with anything you want. W Hen he's used both, if he's standing in your Grav field or ult he's toast.
Fizz's attack pattern is generally: Q or E in, try to auto immediately, ignite, the use the other mobility move to chase and finish. If he leads with Q, use W on yourself and kite him around inside that to force him to immediately E, then hammer him and you should win the trade. If he leads with E, back away and slow him with W to force him to either back off or Q.
Step 3: bring the right tools for the job. You're gonna be pretty mana efficient vs fizz because you won't be needlessly wasting fields and beams he can dodge....right? So get a Zhonyas. Stat. Fizz might as well not have an ult if you have one. Then I like abyssal staff as Viktors auto is the range of the aura.
