My hotkey setup

I'm a new player, and I recently changed my hotkey layout and would like to have some feedback or tips for improvement.

Skills: S, D, F, G: all quick cast Alt+S, D, F, G: quick self cast Shift+S, D, F, G: level up R,T: summoner skills 4: recall

I prefer to rest my index finger on "F", as it's the normal position when I type. As ult is not used a lot, it's natural to move it to "G". That also frees my little finger, so I can use Shift+S,D,F,G to level up skills. Summoner skills are less used, so it's on top of "F" and "G". Recall is the lest used and does not require quick access, so it's fine to assign to "4".

Items: 1, 2, 3, Q, W, E A: trinket Alt+Q,W,E: quick self use

I prefer the hotkeys mirror the layout on the screen. And as I play a lot of supports, some champions have to carry many utility items with active abilities as well as wards. I move the item keys to Q,W,E to make it easier to remember and to access. I normally organize the items so they are always put in the same slot, especially for potions (2) and sightstone (3). Trinkets need to be used frequently or when you are moving, and assigning it to "A" makes sense to me for fast access.

Communications: `: chat history Tab: score card z: need assist x: coming c: danger v: alert ping b: enemy missing

I prefer fast and frequent communications as I play solo instead of with friends. Checking timestamps and ally/enemy champion builds are important too.

Others: I use default hotkeys otherwise. But I haven't found a way to assign attack move, as I still haven't got used to it. I am thinking of assigning it to left mouse click. But would like hear some suggestions. I am thinking of assigning laugh or emote to Caps Lock in order to spam it. But I haven't tried.
