Struggling to carry silver

So I recently have started playing rengar, I played him jungle for awhile but then realized the strength of him top. I have been playing him top a TON in ranked and have a very bad win rate like 30%. I win lane almost every single game, get very fed, spread the lead to other lanes and do just about everything I possibly can. We still end up losing the game however. I just don't know what else I can do that this point. I feel like either Rengar can't carry solo queue which I highly doubt or i'm not doing everything I can in my power to win my ranked games. Any advice helps, thanks!

Edit- Forgot to mention, I was placed in Bronze 3 at the start of the season and have managed to make it to silver. I didn't have any problem getting out of bronze like many but it is now a problem in silver 2/3

My first piece of advice is to focus on objectives and vision control. Don't get kills for the sake of getting kills, get kills to allow you to pressure and capture objectives with a number advantage. Oftentimes, simply chasing someone off is as effective as killing someone in terms of denying farm and applying objective pressure, and is almost always safer if getting the kill would cause you to go into unwarded territory. Speaking of which, warding seriously will help your teammates stay alive and get picks, and will tell you when it is safe to pressure objectives.

Just play the game, you'll eventually climb. I play Singed and I'm slowly climbing, and I consider Rengar to be the God of Solo Queue, He can tank or do tons of damage, and can catch people out no problem or even escape. You will lose games, all you need to worry about is did you lose that game because you fed or lost your lane. It's really hard to carry Silver players as there less inclined to listen to anything, so it's just better to move on from those games you lost because your team did terrible.

not sure if he still streams or is played by youtube channels but there was a guy named Ryan Choi, who had an account w/ that name, and one w/ the name ninfang, and he played a ton of rengar. I know one thing that helped me get better (was down at bronze 3, now silver 4) at Heimerdinger was watching a high elo heimer main and looking at what they did in games that got their team ahead, or when they were behind, or basically what advantages were they building that I wasn't. I figured out how to poke better, and how to use my turrets to tower dive the enemy pretty consistently, and started winning more by doing those and other things I picked up.

I'd suggest looking to see if ryan choi still streams and plays a lot of rengar, or youtube ryan choi, or ninfang, and watch some games. See if there is something you can pick up that works for you.

If you win top pretty much every game just get bot fed and you win pretty much. Or just play support and carry bot lane then roam to mid and top get them fed and win the game. At least that's how I got out of silver. And gl man silver and plat are my least favorite leagues I think gold and bronze are pretty fun tho.
