Help with laning please

hello all, im having trouble with laning and was wondering if there was any advice i could get from anyone that might help me improve. i watch streams constantly, and even have been watching youtube guides on how to improve but most of them are just saying things i already know. i also watch my own games and try to find my mistakes. im honestly at a loss on where to go from here so if anyone would be willing to help or even take me into a game and destroy me 1v1 afew times just to tell me things i could do differently id be greatly appreciative of it. anyways thanks for taking the time to read and gl in your games :)

Let's see if I can diagnose your issues: What's your cs look like in an average game? Do you normally stay with your opponent in cs, or are you behind usually?

Do you find yourself backing before your opponent does?

What is lacking in your laning phase that has you here asking for help?

i usually stay close to my enemy in cs and tbh when backing it just depends but i would say its about 50/50.

and i just always seem to die to a gank or just in a 1v1 no matter what happens, even in the 1v1s its usually very close but like 9 outta 10 i die and they walk away with under 100 health, i feel like i harrass well and try not to trade but sometimes its unavoidable and i understand that but i just cant seem to be the 1 getting the kill to snowball, maybe im just to aggressive or dont pay enough attention to the minimap but i just cannot figure it out
