I'm going into a 1v1 with a friend, we have another friend whose setting things up. he's revealed our mains to each other, I play Tryndamere and my friend plays Yi with a Bloodthirster build, my options to counter are with Nasus, Ryze, Garen, and Fiddlesticks. Who should I go with and what build would be optimal? I really want to win cuz if I lose I'll never hear the end of it.
Best bet for Yi is Garen out of those four options simply because if the enemy team has one player then that will be your villain automatically with your ult passive. Also if you q Yi when he gets lower then he won't be able to meditate and you can ult to finish him.

Good luck man... only advice is not to take Nasus because his q is worthless if it isn't farmed.

I would highly avoid picking Nasus into Yi; in my experience, Yi counters Nasus at most stages of the game.
Go with Garen and stack armor items. You don't need need any offensive items what so ever because essentially Yi will be killing himself by attacking you via your Q, E, and
