Sejuani vs Nautilus for S5 jungle?
trying to learn a consistent jungler who has lots of cc and hp for strong presence in teamfights This leaves me deciding between Sejuani and Nautilus.. any thoughts?

Sej is stronger. Naut is cooler. Your choice.
That you should decide and pick the champion that you enjoy more when you play. After all, it's your hard-earned money... Or more likely, your hard-ground fake money.
Sejuani is a bit stronger (no delay on ult, more dps, lower cooldowns can dash through walls) but she is a frequently banned. Nautilus is a great option when she is and has a very nice passive as well as the ability to get picks with his hook. If you don't care that she might be banned i would recommend sej over naut since a lot of times enemies can dash away you use it while sej ult leaves little time to react so you can start teamfights with it.
Sejuani is just flat better. Naut is still very good but his clear speed isn't the greatest.
I'd recommend Reksai over Nautilus for jungle personally.
Sej has more damage, nautilus is more tanky. Both are good gankers due to their immense amount of cc.
I prefer

I have and gonna buy after his price reduction (the next champion release).
