Hi! So I play a lot of veigar and i was wondering if anybody has any tips for ganking other lanes with veigar? I have had a fairly easy time winning my lanes in my games but I am having a hard time ganking other lanes and I feel useless in team fights after i use my combo to kill one person.

Alzerik1 votesI definitely agree with this statement. When ganking with Veigar, it is really easy to burn summoners on the enemy. The E is a flash or die situation. If flash is down, then you can zone them to the side of the stun you want by dropping dark matter on the opposite side. From there the laner should be on top of them helping you burst them down.
As for the issue with feeling useless in team fights after burning your combo to kill someone, just get as close to max cdr with runes and Athenes as possible. This will help drop your Q to 3 sec, W to 4.8 sec, E to around 8.6 sec, and ult to 48 sec. This will allow you to spam as much as possible to constantly zone and setup picks for your team.
