I am a new player to League of Legends, and every week I buy at least 3 melee and 3 ranged, but sometimes more. And I don't really know the good and the bad champions, and I just want you to suggest 2 Ranged and 1 Melee champions, I will buy the suggestion that gets highest likes! then I can know what the best suggestion is.

All champions are good if you know how to play them...so you're better try them when they're at free week and they buy them later, when you have enough IP.
I recommend Vi for melee jingling, Vayne for range adc, and teemo to win every game
Some of the best ranged champs right now for the mid lane are Veigar and Lux. I recommend Lux because she has a much stronger early game and is relatively easy to learn. The best ADC's to learn with are Caitlyn and Sivir. Cait is really safe and has an insanely high auto-attack range, and Sivir will help with learning skillshots, pushing, and autoresetting. Arguably, Fiora is one of the best top lane melee champs right now, along with Darius and Garen. I would recommend Garen, however, because he has few difficult mechanics and was made for the purpose of teaching new players. The game for new players is not about which champions are best; it's usually about how you like to play the game, your skill level, and what mechanics appeal to you most as a player. Some off-meta champs really click for me, but don't click for a friend of mine. Or, similarly, everyone says that Katarina, a melee-range AP assassin is one of the most broken champions in the game and will reliably dominate her lane, but when playing her, I couldn't get the hang of her mechanics.
However, later, I used another melee-range AP assassin, Ekko, and I did pretty well on my first try. Similarly, when I have to jungle, I usually pick Sion, who everyone says is kind of bad right now, even after his massive rework that made him strong again. What champions have you played, and do you like so far? I could definitely recommend some powerful champions based on ones that you like so far.
