No Mushrooms should be 3 second durations apart to reapply the effect. Putting them close like that only gets 1-2 seconds on the enemy.
Thats why teemo is such a bitch because you chain run into mushrooms if you try to gank him. Keep them like 400~ range apart or so basically auto attack range between them and then maybe 2 in a TRI-bush just incase they somehow miss one
Somewhat if you want to be annoying as hell. Go to top side enemy jungle. Ward entrances to jungle. Shroom the places that the jungler walks by to get to their red/blue buff. place 1-2 shrooms they are sure to step on while attacking the buff. Wait for them. Kill them. repeat until 2-3 people are needed to take the buff just so the jungler doesn't die to you again.
