Twisted Fate - Luden's Echo vs Rabadon's Deathcap
I've been using Twisted Fate in AI matches, honing my skills with him, getting used to playing him. What's I'm wondering is if I should prioritize Luden's Echo over Rabadon's Deathcap?

Ludens. Tf has bad ratios.
There are two general rules:
is always superior to
.
is probably the best choice. Thanks I really appreciate the help. ^^
Luden's is a better early game item. Best build for TF is: Lich > sorc > luden > deathcap > zhonya > void staff
Mainly been following a Mobafire Guide, I start with doran plus 2 pots and a ward totem, first back I get another doran plus boots, then I work getting an Athene, into Inonian Boots, provides with craploads mr of along with a maxing of cdr when combined with a cd mastery, allows me to spam my wildcards, and pick a card like rapidfire, then my build path goes into Rabadon and Lich's Bane after that. Lich's Bane being staple for Pick A Card, While Rabadon's is used to augment my overall power that my abilities pack. Now I've been thinking about replacing rabadon in the build order with Luden because of the speedboost combined with Lich's Bane would give more evasion since TF is an easily harassed and squishy champion. Now I tend to priroitize mr and cdr first, then I go into ap next, What I question is if the added 7% plus a 100(+15%) aoe proc is better than Rabadon 30% ap boost, Lich already gives me a 5% speed boost, Both Luden and Rabadon have 120 flat ap boost. Now I'm wondering if taking all of this into account the added evasion is worth more than stopping power of Rabadon.
Ludens is either an item you rush for maximum burst damage, or a very late item for increased poke/dmg. Your 3rd or 4th item should definitely be death cap.
Ludens rush is generally superior to lichbane rush. It has base damage that is area of effect that makes it worthwhile. However lichbane scales real fat with AP as you progress through the game. I don't like rushing lichbane on anyone, but sometimes the mana and powerspike is convenient. I think morellos is a better first item than lichbane though.

The lich bane first is just my preference. You can get it after ludens if you want. The idea here is 5% movespeed from Lich bane + 7% from ludens + your ghost and 6% movespeed from your runes and masteries + the enchantment for increased ghosted movespeed should give you enough speed to roam freely and quickly.
The new way to play TF is entirely based off movespeed and mobility now. Or at least from what I see on a regular basis in diamond streams and in commentaries. That being said, ludens is super important. It also helps you wave clear better thanks to the passive. This will allow you to push the wave and roam more. You still end up getting Rab, right after Luden's.

Build Cdr first than ap, deathcap last because it has no ap to stack off of until you get a luddens or zhonyas
Deathcap. One-shot everything.
Luden's is much stronger as a first item than Rabadon's. The flat damage from the proc has much more burst in the early game and Rabadon's multiplier is pretty weak until later on when you have a couple other meaty AP items already. I'd say go Luden's into Lich bane, and then whatever other AP items you want (like Zhonya's, Void staff, Rabadon's, etc.).
