Who is a good counter pick to Lee Sin Jungle?

Strong early game junglers that aren't J4. Think Udyr/Pantheon. He's a pain in the ass to catch, but once you do catch him you'll be able to kill him.
If you're asking about strictly jungle vs jungle match ups, then one of the best "counters" to Lee Sin is Pantheon.
Reasoning: Pantheon can go face to face with Lee Sin in terms of damage. However, Pantheon has two advantages Lee Sin does not.
(1) Because most of Lee's early game damage is based around auto attacks, Pantheon is easily able to activate his passive against Lee Sin. This naturally gives Pantheon a powerful defensive buffer against Lee. (2) Pantheon has a stun pre-6, Lee Sin doesn't.
However, what I stated above is really based around early game, which is when both Pantheon and Lee Sin junglers will be able to impact the game the most.
Also, because you mentioned you mainly play WW I am assuming you might be very new to the jungle. If you are, I strongly encourage you to read guides and watch videos regarding jungling. I've been LoL since season 2, mostly as a jungler. Although jungling isn't the most technical position to play, I do believe it is the most complex to understand.
Personal favourites( probably a lot of people would disagree) :

hard counters . But you have to play the match up right.
Reason being: Sej Q will cancel the second half of lee Q. So get hit (you can take lee Q's for your team), and when he jumps in, right before he lands the kick, you Q again to cancel the damage and knock him up. This lets you get a free E off and if you're team's close enough to follow up, then you just bop him with your W and keep him slowed until your carries destroy him.
If it's 1v1, then just kite him towards your mid laner.
You outscale him pretty hard mid-late game too, so it's all about helping your team survive the first 10 mins. Hope that helps!
