16 tips of how to get out of bronze

My ways of getting out of bronze:

  1. Don't rage, all raging does is make you play worse
  2. Don't blame others or yell at others, this will only make them play worse and you lose 20 lp cause of a loss
  3. Play ranked to be competitive... Not for fun
  4. Have a straight forward and positive mindset.
  5. When you die, figure out what you did wrong
  6. Ward all the time, no matter what position
  7. Don't give up
  8. Learn to cooperate with teammates
  9. Be in a happy mood when you play ranked (never play if on a losing streak)
  10. Be respectful to teammates and always complement them to make them play better.
  11. Play your best champions, champions you're well experienced with, not champions that you wanna play for fun. ( if wanna do that play normal's)
  12. Be able to play ALL ROLES in ranked, don't say* "I don't know how to Jungle or Support"*.
  13. Be prepared that you're not always gonna get the position you want
  14. Don't stay up long nights playing ranked, it'll only make you play worse that next day. If you're on a win streak of 3 games TAKE A BREAK cause once you lose you keep losing, cause you're tired.
  15. Be patient, wait for that right moment to engage, that right moment to summoner 4 .
  16. If you lose don't let it discourage you cant win all games.

please comment if this helps or if you like the tips, Thank you

11 contradicts 12 and 13. And also, I'm in Bronze V and I get my main 8 games out of 10 in ranked. You can actually confirm this by looking at my match history, where I've played 70 games as MF, and my 2nd most played champion I've played 5 with.

  1. Don't rage, all raging does is make you play worse [Agreed]
  2. Don't blame others or yell at others, this will only make them play worse and you lose 20 lp cause of a loss [Agreed]
  3. Play ranked to be competitive... Not for fun [Agreed]
  4. Have a straight forward and positive mindset. [Agreed]
  5. When you die, figure out what you did wrong [Agreed]
  6. Ward all the time, no matter what position [Agreed]
  7. Don't give up [Disagreed. There are times when many people give up and you shouldn't, and times when people don't give up when they should. Know when to give up, don't give up too easily. But if you let a game run longer it will put you on tilt even more if you're going to lose anyway.]
  8. Learn to cooperate with teammates [Agreed]
  9. Be in a happy mood when you play ranked (never play if on a losing streak) [Agreed, more importantly, learn not to tilt]
  10. Be respectful to teammates and always complement them to make them play better. [Agreed]
  11. Play your best champions, champions you're well experienced with, not champions that you wanna play for fun. ( if wanna do that play normal's) [Agreed]
  12. Be able to play ALL ROLES in ranked, don't say "I don't know how to Jungle or Support". [Disagreed. One Trick ponies. There are tons of them. They can only play one champion/role]
  13. Be prepared that you're not always gonna get the position you want [However, I DO Agree with this]
  14. Don't stay up long nights playing ranked, it'll only make you play worse that next day. If you're on a win streak of 3 games TAKE A BREAK cause once you lose you keep losing, cause you're tired. [Disagreed. I got out of bronze on a 30 hours ranked binge back in mid season 3]
  15. Be patient, wait for that right moment to engage, that right moment to summoner 4 [Agreed] My Last and final tip is: 16: Don't be greedy, share kills, help others more than your self, and most of all don't be cocky [Disagreed. Last night I carried two games in Plat by being the entire team. I had more than half my teams kills (20+ kills). The only champion you should not steal kills from is Draven. Don't be greedy though and turn into a feeder.]

Getting out of bronze isn't hard at all if you belong higher. I spent like 200 games at bronze 5 0 lp and then I got better and within a month I was silver 5. Just learn one or two champions really well and you can climb without too much trouble. For me they were Ahri and xin zhao. I made it to silver with almost no map awareness or team oriented play. I just got hyper fed every game and steamrolled the enemies. I'm not claiming to be any pro but any silver player could stomp a bronze game easily. There is no elo hell. Also, please buy wards. Just buy two every time you go back and you will climb like 2 divisions immediately.

16: Don't be greedy, share kills, help others more than your self, and most of all don't be cocky

I disagree with this one.

Especially in lower ELO, you are the ONLY one who you know will carry.

You might feed kills to your mid laner and then he DCs 5 mins later.

You might feed kills to your ADC and then he gets cocky and tries to 1 v 3 for the rest of the game.

You might feed kills to your top and he will split push the rest of the game, dying to the opposing team many times.

The point is, you are only in control of your own self in a game. That doesn't mean you should ignore your teammates. If you are playing mid and can roam bot and secure a double kill, then good, you and your teammates just got something out of it, but if YOU are strong and YOU make good plays, then you will be more likely to win.
