Level 1 buff steal (Rather low-risk, more people should do this/similar plays)

I'm able to steal the enemy jungler's first buff over 50% of the time in the current meta due to junglers not using smite on their first buff. (I've done similar things in previous seasons, but different variations due to trinkets/vision/jungle routes, etc). Just curious as to why I don't see others doing this.
