So i am a relatively new player that is really not that good at league and I want some help finding a champion. I need someone I can learn the game with better. The champions I have are Vayne, Draven, Yi, Sivir, and Tristana. I am looking for a champion that is a little bit forgiving where I can make a mistake and not get destroyed. I almost have 6300 IP so anybody is an option. I have had more experience with ranged champions but trying something new is always fun. I play very offensive and have played every lane.

MY STRENGTHS: Skillshots, ganks, ARAM

MY WEAKNESS: Laning, being to offensive

If anybody has any champion suggestions I would love to hear them! TY

You are a textbook ADC. But you have to keep in mind that you are first and foremost and ADC and you should be fighting from a distance. Caitlyn is a good choice for you. She is sort of a restrictive ADC but she deals massive damage, especially when fed. Caitlyn is hard though, so you might want to try her out in lots of bot games just to grasp her concept. Because you already have Tristana, I believe she is the easiest ADC of the champs you have so play her. She deals good damage and it's pretty much game over when she's fed.

I'm a top laner started out as an ADC, so, if you disagree with my tips it's perfectly fine. I'm giving you this info off of facing other ADCs.

Do you have a lane or role you prefer? Lane bullies like heimer,Darius and such are forgiving in some sense. If you die with them it is bad bc you are prob getting out scaled eventually anyway, but if you don't die they are easier to get kills or stay even with bc you have a huge advantage in lane. CC jungle tanks can be forgiving too bc even if you struggle early and are behind a good initiation can win the fight
