Stop eating those skill shots, I know they are tasty but its like junk food, they are not good for you. ;)
Consider starting with a crystal flask and some health potions so you can keep healing yourself. It will help you stay in lane to keep practicing dodging those skill shots. Always keep in mind your opponents range and don't forget to damage them back so that they have lower health as well.
The healing and teleport summoner spells are also nice to have. Teleport lets you get back to your lane instantly after the shop area has fully healed you and you've restocked on potions, this prevents you from falling to far behind in exp.
Or you can practice top or bot lane and ask if somebody will play a healing support to help you stay healthy.
Also be very weary of the little minions, if you are still at a low level they will hit you very hard so don't get into prolonged fights with the enemy when they have more minions next to them then you.
