To be completely honest, if you look at diamond+ commentaries on Youtube and you'll understand the way they think and see things more clearly. You'll catch on to so many tricks and this will improve your gameplay.

Unfortunately I'm not talking about entertainers like Sykkuno or Sp4zie, that do provide educational content and entertainment, but strickly/mostly educational content like ZzLegendary, CaptainMonk, InvaderXive, c00lstoryJoe, maybe AnkleSpankin.

Just look at some of the videos that have your favorite champs and pay attention to everything : masteries, runes, skill order, items, playstyle, way of thinking, the early, mid and late game transition, etc.

Youtube. seriously. go on youtube, search 'diamond coaches _____' with your lane/position that you wanna learn. a lot of really good people stream a,d they'll put up streams of them coaching from twitch and whatnot. For ADC i know YoungGooby has a really nice one where he coaches a silver guy through an entire game (while supporting him) and works with is build, runes, masteries, and decision making. its really good.

Also, watching ranked games. whenever you log into league, look down in the bottom right of the client where the games are. if you see a champ that you play, watch the game. each team fight play it, stop it, go back and replay it in slow-mo, watching your champ for their positioning, and spell timings. it helps so much, especially on combo mages like lebonk, brand, and the like.

The boards are always a good place to ask, as there are many knowledgable people here. In addition there are various youtube channels ( Foxdrop for instance) which are very educational.
