What do I do when Im playing adc and a Garen with 5k hp is running at me in a team fight late game?

bork and pd+LW are your bread and butter in that situation. I'd focus less on attack speed in that instance as you have to move A LOT and don't have time to auto as much as you'd like. Damage and penetration is key. Try to have someone with a self peel or have someone help you peel. If you can lock him out long enough to get his team out then he cant do anything to you anyway.
