hello everybody i bought a new laptop from best buy about a week ago (joke intended) its a AMD A6 6310 with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 1.80 GHZ everybody told me i can play league decent on it but that seems to not be the case i would be playing from like 60-70 on all low settings then spikes down to 20-30 late game... i don't know why i've tried re-installing windows i have repaired league i dont know what to do

Angry Monster1 votesthis is false. human eye can see up to 400 FPS(very few achieve this). Fighter pilots tend to see around 300+ with training. The average untrained human sees around 200 a sec.
most monitors are 60 fps and therefore when gaming we do not see beyond 60 because that is what the monitor limitations are. If you have a 120/144 you would see the game at those frame rates.

This is where this article gets even longer, but read on, please. I will explain to you how the Human Eye can perceive much past the mis conception of 30 FPS and well past 60 FPS, even surpassing 200 FPS.

Yes your laptop plays league right up to the point it overheats and then doesnt.
Laptops are bad cause they tend to overheat when gaming. Laptop cooling fans are usually not meant for heavy gfx loads. Yes you can get a gaming laptop with decent cooling but not for 700.

Is there any way to fix this on regular pc's? Please help everything i do has a 3 second delay i can't give it my 100% like this..

you may still need to update your graphics card drivers since its still new. Just google "drivers for AMD Radeon R4 " and make sure the one you get is the most up to date.
