OK so I am saving up and have finally reached 6300 ip, so the decision now is who to pick as my first of those champs.
I really like good kiting, poking champs usually ether mage, support or marksman.
Idk who but I was thinking

I am leaning the most to kalista, but is there anyone else who you think is a good fun choice?

I personally think that every player should get thresh as soon as they can. He is one of the single most versatile supports in game: he can goes tank or damage (shiv), has great harass in lane, has that hook, has broken-as-heck flay, lantern is one of the best escapes/ganking tools in game, etc.
Kalista was really really fun until people figured out how to play against her... now she's extremely frustrating to play
Lissandra is really fun but she's probably going to get nerfed soon.
Thresh is god tier support but he's pretty difficult to play
Ziggs is fun, I like him a lot.
Don't get Ziggs yet. He's up for a IP price reduction really soon. Pretty much when a new champ comes out one of the older ones goes down in price. I like to keep an eye on this site: x He should be down to 4800 a week or two after Bard comes out. I'm waiting for it. ;)
Idk much about Kalitta except she is annoying to play against, and I've also heard she's quite hard to play.
Ziggs is up for a ip reduction, he will be 4800 when Brad comes out so I would wait if you want him, I personally love the little guy, learned to play mid lane with him.
Lissandra is up for nerfs so far she has only lost 20 base dmg on Q on pbe, wouldn't buy her right now since rito may or may not decide if that is enough.
Thresh is the one I would buy if I were you since he's everything u need in a support, you can pick people off with his Q, save teammates with lantern, can help your jungler gank with the lantern also. You can play safe or aggressive with him depending on what you need/prefer.
Lissa is up for a nerf soon, Ziggs was nerfed recently and is up for a ip reduction. Kalista is harder to play, but worth is done well. Thresh is a really good support, who is really good and almost everything: Zoning, Harass, engage and following up on ganks, besides setting up awesome ganks with his abilities.
Thresh is an amazing Supp. I'm probably going to get him after I get Graves.
Personally, I don't like Kalista for a few reasons, like her auto-attacks are just so sticky and hard to work with, so I can't recommend her myself.

How about a champion who has really good kiting as well as great poke champs who is both a mage AND Ranged AD?
Ezreal is someone I've had fun with and has a wide range of flexibility with item choice. It's an idea.
Of course, I am not recommending anyone buy any champ that they have not had hands-on experience with and, more importantly, had fun with.
